State Projects

Since its launch in 2007, the Medicare Diabetes Screening Project (MDSP) has conducted pilot projects in Georgia, Minnesota, and New Hampshire. The strategy of the MDSP state pilots is to develop replicable grassroots organizing models and messages and to identify organizations and individuals that share a common interest to promote diabetes screening.
