The MDSP pilot in Minnesota was started in the last quarter of 2008. Minnesota’s screening rates have been among the highest in the country, with a 25.5% rate of screening in 2008. Even with this success, there is still much work to be done!

Minnesota State FairAs one of the organizations who co-chair the Medicare Diabetes Screening Project, the American Diabetes Association (ADA), has been extremely helpful in spreading our message to seniors throughout Minnesota.
